In 2013, Gabriel Mascioli founded STATE Restoration, LLC, an exterior restoration company based in Pittsburgh, PA. Initially focused on working closely with property owners and their insurance companies to address storm-related damages, STATE Restoration quickly established itself as a trusted name in the industry. Known for its seamless claims management and exceptional customer service, the company earned a reputation as one of the premier storm restoration specialists in the region.
By 2018, the company was poised for expansion. Gabriel partnered with sales strategist and retired Navy diver Sean Welborn, a service-disabled veteran with a bold vision to transform STATE Restoration into a multi-state restoration and government contracting company. Under Sean's guidance, the company rebranded to VETBUILD™, marking the start of a new era. The duo successfully expanded operations into Virginia, Maryland, and Missouri, setting the foundation for VETBUILD's future growth.
In 2020, Sean stepped away from VETBUILD, leaving Gabriel as the sole owner. Recognizing the need for strong leadership to manage the company's growing footprint, Gabriel brought on Shanetha Lewis, a retired Army Specialist (E-4) and service-disabled veteran. Together, they strengthened VETBUILD's operations and positioned the company for further expansion.
Today, VETBUILD operates from its corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, with a satellite office in Morgantown, WV. The company is actively planning to open additional locations in Frisco, Texas, and Tampa, Florida. VETBUILD's dedicated team of sales and insurance claims specialists is committed to restoring homes and businesses with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
